  • Opening a bank account for private individuals at international level with an amount from CHF 1 to CHF 250,000.00 can easily be done at the Post Office in Switzerland. You have to travel but we can prepare everything for you. This preparation costs from CHF 450 to CHF 900.

  • Bank account opening fee for private individuals on an international level at a Swiss private bank from CHF 500,000.00 or € capital : CHF 2’700.00 + success fee for clients within the EU and by offer for clients outside the EU.

  • Fee for opening an international business account with a Swiss commercial bank: offer.

The seller via "Platinum Estate Invest " pays the following commissions

  • The seller of the shares pays a one-time commission of 3 to 6% on the sales value at the start of the contract.

The investor in "Platinum Estate Invest" pays the following commissions

  • For long-term investments at 3%, the investor pays a commission of 2% at the start of the contract.

  • For short-term investments of 5% or more, the investor pays a commission of 3% at he beginning of the contract.

  • If the seller does not buy back his shares at the end of the contract and the investor remains the permanent owner, the investor pays an additional commission of 6% on the acquired capital gain of 65% on his investment. We base ourselves on the valuation report of the auditor at the start of the contract.
